Pumpkin cemetery refill not working

cannot refill cemetery with fertilizer.

fertilizer buffs are not refills, they are buffs to bring a depleted cemetery back to life. Refills are only available in the TO and in adv loot

Also if you do need to use fertilizer you need to use the right one for your depleted cemetery.
