Rarity Provision House - Missing on Xmas Test Server

Hi,

I've noticed that the Rarity Provision House isn't available via the xmas chest, but its on wiki.. Will it be included when the xmas event goes live?

It was included in the xmas event shop on test, they have just forgot to move it back.
