Bookbinder problem

My bookbinder has build several books and when ready, they disappear.
When I try to add them to character, status shows zero for every book.

Tried to contact support, but gives me error.

Usually manuscripts disappear for making tomes and tomes disappear when making codeces. Have you realised that those higher books take one or more lower books to make?

NicciNZ is correct - during the time you contacted support, there was an error with our ticketing system. This has now been resolved, so if you'd like to resubmit your ticket it will be answered asap :).
