Happy 5th Birthday Settlers

Happy Birthday :)

ahh I remember the BETA days when the game was so different
biggest trade stacks were 400 resources at a time and trade chat was a hidden secret chat among the 30 channels or what ever there was origionaly
and Tavern generals were the main boys if didn't have gems to get veterans :D
and level 50 back then for me seemed impossible to reach when i was a noob lol

Since then though after being stuck at level 50 for yrs they upped the levels to 75 yeah im slowly plodding along to that goal with no rush to reach the end goal for me

We have a lot more generals and specialist types that bring different elements to the game, we now have a lot more different types of adventures to choose from and scenarios and pvp etc to mix things up from being same old boring adventures day in day out

We have the pinky ponk (excelsior to every one else) I love the pinky ponk i haven't even been playing 6 months on my 2nd server i started on in july 2016 for the purpose to make lower level guides But with alot of help from the pinky ponk and not spending a single gem there i got my 1st gem pit last week or so :) Also those who know who I am on 2nd server can i just say i met a great bunch people on northisle and some of you great friends in the game there


lol totally opposite on this account took me 4 yrs to get my 1st gem pit as kept spending gems on all sorts when i had them hehehe and i still have friends on my FL here that i had when i 1st started playing in 2012 that like me have stuck around and still play the game.
so heres to those old timers also as without you/us to help advise new people with our years of experience in the game it may be a less friendly and welcoming TSO community in global chats. yes you get the chatty lot the lurkers also but thats what makes global 1 especially what it is on both servers im on with the mix of characters in them chats.

Just wanted to say Happy 5th Birthday and thank you for the gifts :) here's to another 5 years hopefuly and see what the future brings in the game in that time also
