Succession Order - please change the UI

This has to be the clunkiest, hardest to use interface in the whole game.
Since the number of guild leaders is low compared to the number of players I guess it doesn't get much attention, but it's horrible. It really needs to change.

Could someone please rethink this? setting the numbers in a pull down list (or even just typing) and then hitting a confirm button would be far preferable to the system we have currently where the whole list changes with a 30-45 second pause every time a change is made.
