Problem contacting support

I have tried 3 times now to contact support with 3 different new tickets. Each time I get the automated response : Thank you for contacting the 'The Settlers Online' customer support team.

Apparently, you were trying to respond to a ticket that had been closed and deemed resolved. Please create a new ticket.
If you create a new ticket and wish to continue the conversation from a previously closed ticket, please make sure to reference the original ticket number.

I'm not !, I'm trying to open a new ticket ! Help please.

Tickets are automatically closed if they're not responded to within 48 hours. If you'd like, you can send me the ticket number you received in the email's subject in a private message here on the forum and I'll take a look for you.
