That is very doubtfull.. Normally only during the EC or WC in football there is an event during summer.

tbh, I don't like crisis quests so much, no fun with it, just sink pay, produce, such a boring quests just for a building that sometimes not even needful!

it is nice for gems, but still, not for fun.
