Unable to log in

I am currently unable to log in to my account. I have tried resetting the password, which allowed me to gain access to the forum, but not the main game. All that happens is that the settler icon continues to move. I have left it running for over half an hour, but still nothing happened. This is very annoying, because it means that I cannot request help directly from technical support. Any advice would be much appreciated.

If you can use forum - you should also be able to see login page and there select 'Help/support' - and then use contact form

same issue here, but ive contacted support , plus both server BB's
can only access forums
