Add the Filter from Of Songs and Curses to the game

The adventure island of Of Songs and Curses looks amazing and i liked it very much and i first thought it was completely custom made island until i did one of the last quests and the island turned back to 'normal' and i figured it was a filter much like Winter Paint and Sandman's Powder.

So i very much would want this filter on my own island
