Beans/Stalk Beans and their uses

good day,

please provide some stuff where we can utilize beans and stalk beans,
like upgrade to "level 2" magnificent house by using 15,000 bean, etc etc

and some new kind of buff to move space from one place to another for putting building,
like if i applied those 2 kind of buff
first to fetch a place
and second to put at place where no building can be build so
after applying that buff one will be able to put building to that spot

so it mean moving place as per our requirement of designing
