Cannot load Shop page

Hello

Impossible to load the Shop page since this morning.
I get this:

I have desactivated firefox addons, then tried on chrome and IE to no avail.
For it being a 100% extra day, it's a shame.

I could load the shop page in Chrome, unaware that this was an issue and tried to use the first time purchase feature. Now the first time purchase feature is gone and no gems have shown up. My bank isn't reflecting the charges yet, is there a moderator I could contact? It hung at the confirmation page and generated the same error message as was quoted above.

Your best avenue is to contact our Support Team, as they will have access to your transaction history. You can do this by heading to the homepage, clicking "Help and Support", and then finally "Contact Form".

I've had this in the past, it's usually a case of waiting till it comes back. When I try the next day, the package is usually there again :)
