New Steam and UPlay Game linking

I play on Steam, and i know alot of people wanted to go from web to steam, but as i'm already on the steam application i would like to continue my game when im on the go.

I have noticed that uplay and steam games can now be linked by having uplay open and launching the steam game it should ask if you want to link them.
this seems to be a new feature and curious if it will work for TSO.

If not or not yet implemented is there a way to get what steam would be using for my username and password so i can load it into the uplay browser or a browser version of the game?
