If you buy the biggest gem pack (Best Value 24k gem) you get a ticket. That you can spend at merchant (new category).

Every item in that category costs one ticket and you can decide what to spend (no rng reward)

Items you can choose from
- Elite Barracks (only +1)
- Barraks (only +1)
- Combat Armoury (only +1)
- Bookbinder (only +1)
- Rarity Provision House (only +1)
- Epic Farmyard (only +1)
- New water house (+500 population) you can buy as much as you can
- New airship house (+500 population) you can buy as much as you can
- New small islands like achipelago islands (+ 2-3 new islands)

Is that unfair?
1) to players have already bought before
It is retroactive. If you already bought the biggest gem packs one or more times before, you get one or more tickets. BB says thank you to you for buying and support the game and the company. Thus it is not unfair.

2) to players never bought and they will not
These items already in the game they can buy, build, play for it. Only they will never get the second one. It is a free to play game they need to accept it, and can say thank you to players who buy and keep alive the game, the severs, the company.

The category can be expanded in the future thus enhancing the shopping spirit.
