My quest from a host of resposibilities does not start at the same time i can open the calender.
Does this happen to others as well and why is that?
Yesteday the quest unlocked 3 ours later.

My quest from a host of resposibilities does not start at the same time i can open the calender.
Does this happen to others as well and why is that?
Yesteday the quest unlocked 3 ours later.
The Calendar doors becomes available at the same time as the event started, every day (9am BST, IIRC).
The first quest from the Host of Responsibilities chain spawned when you first logged in after the event started.
The second quest spawned 24 hours after that time (assuming you finished the previous one), the third one 48 hours after the first one, etc.
