If there is no timer on the appearance, please clear your cache and restart the game.
Same here and I've done all the usual clear cache, update everything to latest version, update flash, try different browser blah blah blah :-)
Cleared cache, no change.
If your Retro skins are stuff past their expiration, please contact our Support Team via a ticket and they can help!
