Bugged new sectors discovery

I have already discovered sectors 10 to 16 it archipelago, bought 10 to 14, cleaned 15 from bandits and now I'm in the middle of cleaning 16, so I should be able to discover the new desert sectors.
But every time when I send explorer the message about new sector discovery appears but nothing hapenns, and there is more actually after I send first explorer in day (I'm not sur yet, what resets it if it is midnight or just long offline time) sector 16 become hidden again and is uncovered imidiately when the explorer returns and then the "new sector -> nothing happens" loop continues

Same thing on my US server account. Was pretty funny how mid attack the sector was suddenly covered with clouds. Guess we'll fight in the shade..

was able to completely clear archipelago of troops there today. only after this was possible to find the new islands one by one. starting with top islands from bottom to top and then bottom islands from left to right.

Two of my four new islands still don't allow me to build storehouses. Support closed my inquiry with a simple acknowledgement that they know about the bug but can't solve it yet. BB: Is there any timeline for enabling the new islands or at least returning the gems? I postponed a new gem pit because of this, so the cost is not just the gems but increasing by the day...
