Hover text / tooltips not working

Since the last update, many of these very useful facilities just don't work any more (I am using Chrome).

Examples are - time to complete production in provision house, rarity provision house, barracks, elite barracks, snack stand; population breakdown on main island and on adventure island; progress breakdown on quests where a number of things have to be produced / acquired.

This may or may not be related to the bug already reported whereby buff duration is not always shown on various buildings.

Seems to be ok again now, might have been a Flash thing since it needed reinstall (yet again) this morning.
