How to get back "Monsters from the Mist"?

Being a noob, I cancelled the event adventure. 2 tickets in 5 days later, still didn't get it back or got any reply from BB.

Any suggestions?

if it isn't in star menu then only support can help

also support have had issues with ticket system, if you had no reply, they most likely not got your ticket, use the email address on login page
