Guild ranks not able to change permissions to any ranks

Hi

one my guildies wants the right to send guild mails which is not a problem for me all ranks can invite anyways so was gonna give them all guild mail privileges as well

Only is seems changing the privileges is broken

if i add guild mails and press tick i get this warning box thingy http://prntscr.com/lf1miv

even if i take invite to guild off and have tick in write guild mails same box comes up http://prntscr.com/lf1mv8

It is broken i cant change any permissions at all

I even wisperd a mate in game and he couldnt neither

I can confirm that I also have met the same problem trying to make the same changes.

Tried on testserver - same there - no changes of rights possible !
