Can this not be purchased in the black market? I've seen it there but there is a padlock on it. It says you have reached the limit, but I haven't bought one yet.
Items from xmas event-shop will not be available in merchant until game update has removed event completely ( now merchant is still in event-mode with invisible event shop ).
We also still miss the event resource conversion ( leftover presents and event collectibels - dev diary post 7 )
