xmas market stop/start itself

my market is constantly rebuffing itself, every 30 sec or so the buffed buildings become unbuffed, then few seconds later the market is activated again, the cooldown is now affected but the buff starts again at 12 hours, it doesnt appear to take the cost of buff each time, but somehow my gold bars are slightly decreasing when i should have a slight increase of them, maybe it missed a few productions in the seconds the buff is not active???.
i do have another market upgrading, i guess it could be to do with that as i didnt have it until now.
