Status of newly constructed building

Would it please be possible to have workyards 'turned off' when they are constructed...this givesthe chance to apply a buff before it actually starts working...thanks.

I frequently find myself wishing that I had the option to set mines, in particular, to sleep automatically upon completion.

+1 Especially when u have achievements neededing a set amount of res in a set number of deposites. it would be good to have them not start mining till u get the chance to get the refills in them.
Especilly saltepetre and titanium mines. stone based ones r not a prob like granite as those u just send the geo out to find them and do the refills before building the mason.
