You can open a new account on one of the other servers. It is not possible to reset the current account.
Sorry to have to disagree with you but it is possible to restart a account. Just contact support asking for a restart, they may ask for a reason why you want to restart.Quote:

There is no such thing as a new server and there won't be any either. For the simple reason that the game is not growing enough for there to be a need for new servers. At least not in the European/International English section.Quote:

if you dont already play on more servers you can use new e-mail and create account on another EU-server - or with same e-mail on US-server or on one of the other servers.
