Brought gems but not received yet.

About 2hours ago I brought 48000gems. I am sure that I payed successfully. but I still did not receive these gems, what happening?

Exactly same problem over here, bought 48000 gems last night (8 hours ago) but did not get the gems. Payment was 100% sure successfull.
