I got 3 green rectangles with checkmarks on them - for sausages, bread and water. But there is NO checkmark down to finish the quest. Only the gem button and the X button.

Perhaps somebody saw this and allowed the check for me. Thanks.
Those quests seem to be somewhat laggy. They usually acknowledge the completion of all tasks after a few minutes of regular gameplay.
(it's also sometimes helpful to refresh the game window / visit another island / stop and start production in one of the buildings or Barracks)
