Implementation removing buffs

Dear settlers

I struggle with the look of my buff menu, many times we need to make them and we make more than we needed and then they sit there for ever. So my idea is to implement a remove/recover resources button or tab to remove unessary buffs from the menu and remove all the clutter for a more cleaner overlooking menu. I will ask to support this thread so BB will look in to it.

It doesn't seem to apply to all buffs, but some have an "x" in the top right that lets you delete them.

Also I think some other buffs, especially from events, can be placed on Mayors Residence for refund.
