Island not loading

For about 2 months now, I've had issues with my island not loading completely (https://prnt.sc/t4rgar). I can't apply buffs to buildings or target enemy camps in adventures. I can't finish some quests, including guild quests, and the whole game is pretty much unplayable.
Tried clearing cache, switching browser, but it doesn't help. Sent a ticket to support about a week ago but no reply yet (not even a confirmation. I think there have been confirmations about a ticket being received before, no?)
