travelling to adv and island bug

i consider my self one of the lucky ones to be able to log in and still play, but on various occasions, my game freezes when travelling to adv or islands, it gets stuck on the loading map screen, i then have to click out of game, log out and log in again and reboot. All seems to be good for a few hours then it does it again, anyone else getting this problem.

all the time sometimes goes hours without issue and then have to do it 2-3 times in a couple hour window
