My Kingdom for a whip & a Carrot.

Hi, I was proceeding with the EVENT when one of the mini-adventures asked me to produce a Carrot & whip buff ???? I have never seen a recipe for one at the merchant. I usually get one every day or so from my explorers, but how am I to 'produce' one for the future.. Help???
