Excelsior Greyed Out

How did the error manifest itself?

I add crystals to Excelsior and use the purple button. The graphic shows the crystals being put in the Excelsior machine and the process running. However, after doing this once, every toggle button is greyed out and unclickable: add crystals, the big purple button (which is now the big grey button), switching tab between letters/travel guides/books, short/medium/long letters, etc. If I have completed e.g. 3/3 short letter fragments I cannot click on "Complete" to generate the quest. Nothing appears on screen indicating what result the Excelsior has generated e.g. resources, crystals, letter fragments.

However, the Excelsior is generating the resources, if I check in star menu they appear.

Once I reload, I can click Complete. However, if I add more crystals and click the purple button again, the same error repeats.

Date and time - When did the problem occur?

I cannot remember when it began exactly -- Excelsior was fine during the Anniversary Event and I used it a lot to generate ventures for the Rounds. No problems at all. Some time between the Event ending, and the Update/Hotfix, it broke. I did not initially reported as I assumed it was an issue that the Update/Hotfix would fix, but it hasn't.

What did you do last?

I cannot remember doing anything different or new to generate this issue. I used Excelsior regularly during Anniversary Event with no problems.

Did the problem occur more than once? Can it be reproduced?

The problem occurs every single time I add crystals to Excelsior. It occurs regardless of whether I choose Letters (short/medium/long) or travel guides.

Have you cleared your cache and cookies?

Yes. This did not have any effect.

Attached is a screenshot showing that despite having crystals, all buttons are greyed out.

Which operating system do you use (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, ...)?

Windows.

Which browser AND browser version are you using?

Firefox 105.0.3 (I have updated my browser during the time this bug has been occurring and it has not made any difference).
