Missing resources on expired trade

So, after managing to login to the forum after quite some time, here's my bug :

During the xmas event, I added a trade, selling 15k presents for a smokehouse. The trade expired, but the resources never returned to my WH. Tried to refresh, waited for more than 24 hours, those resources never returned to me, "robbing" me from the opportunity to buy something else with these resources.
The ticket opened, received a standardized reply, and without any warning, it was closed. Today is the 5th time that the support ticket was closed without any solution or feedback provided.
