Candy Factory Buff Problem

The sugar rush buff that was originally described as lasting 24hrs and since changed in devs notes to 6hrs requires an extra 300% input to produce 300% production. This can't be the intention as I doubt anyone would buy the factory if we had known this! It was never mentioned. Can I have my money back as I won't use it with this penalty. Not when i can use a stadium snack that does work for 24hrs at 300% and no increased input. Can we have this fixed please?
