game mathematics calculating incorrectly

Yesterday I started my new path finder quests, one of the quests was to gain 2000 exo wood logs from adv's. I did an outlaws adv and having prem and pfb I gained 800 ewl in the first row and 400 in the second row, when i was taught maths 800+400=1200, but my pathfinder quest tells me i have gained 662, how can this be? and more importantly, is this going to be fixed ?
