Christmas Residence skins only work on two houses

Christmas residence skins are supposed to target 2x2 land based residences, but only work on two Build Menu houses (Residence and Noble Residence - mentioned in first line of skin description)
Is that a bug in function, or a bug in description.
Other residence skins have the same description and work on all relevant land based residencies.

Whichever way it is, it would be more beneficial if those skins worked on all 2x2 land houses as other skins do, as hardly anyone keeps Build Menu residences and Noble Residences for long.
