PFB not working since Feb 21st 2024 maint

Just noticed my pfb is not doing what it should, Mill is only producing 6 instead of 12 with pfb

EDIT: and its not just the mill affected, all buildings seem to not include pfb

PFB "doubles" the effect of all single buffs.
So it you buff your mill or any building with 1x buff, it will give 2x. If you buff with 2x buff, it will give 4x.
PFB production bonus will not work without the single buffs.
