Buff effect not works with the Saltpeter Industrial mine

Hi. the PFB (Prestigious friend buff) doesn't applied to the industrial mine.

- both mine extract 7 salt peter in 1 cycle (i have normal saltpeter mine on level 7 and an industrial mine (which should be equivalent to normal mine on lv7))
- both have 6 minutes extract time (charming geo) and similar travel time
both buffed with +300% buff (Stadium Snack) + zone buff
- still have huge difference in production:
- normal mine produce 70 saltpeter per cycle
- base production (7) * (stadium snack(4) * pfb(2) + mining guide (2)) = 7*(4*2+2) = 70 // this correct
- industrial mine produce 42 saltpeter per cycle
- base production (7) * (stadium snack(4) * pfb(2) + mining guide (2)) = 7*(4*2+2) = 70 BUT it is 42 // incorrect, bugged in the game
- in fact this is only 7*(4+2) so no PFB
