candy factory buffs

candy factory buffs are still broken

input 300% and output is 300%

what is the bug with it?

just checked on 2 Hunters (both lvl 6) - used a sugar coma and a sugar rush, input bumped to 24 and output is 48 on both buildings with a PFB - so they are working correctly
