well it is 24 hours later the quest that should reappear every 23 hours is not doing anything at all
what I have read in the German forum I will never get the Celebrative Lookout Quest again.
I have removed all Celebrative Lookout buildings, I will put them in the star menu for a week or so, I wil find out if there is something like a "Celebrative Lookout building" reset, if not then I have a few extra decorative buildings on my island and have to hope that Chipsoft wil invent a reset script for this error somewhen
