Achievement - Collect Them All

I completed this achievement and 7 hours later have still yet to receive the reward - Chest of Ghostly Exploration.
The achievement shows as being completed with points awarded and the green tick in the icon.
All the pages are confirmed as being in storage (star menu).

It looks identical to the weekly ghost quest reward chest

Go to the last tab in your Star, and the chest is there
