We were in chat in our global channel in server about old memories about events, personally, I was not playing the game anymore that time, but seems I missed a lot of fun, anyway, the idea of old anniversary event 2013 is really special, I think it will be nice if we could get an event similar to that :)
Maybe "Save the World from Global Warming" or earth day (22nd April), or maybe even next Ramadan (this year on 27 May).
What do you think?

For those in guilds....why not encourage your guild to have its own Guild 'Event' with suitable prizes. We do this all year round!
We dont get any game crashes, dont need any hot fixes and its great to have an added dimension to the game and the guild!

I really need some sort of activity to make a change in the game. I am starting to be really really bored after playing 2½ years.
Yes I can quit and find another game. But I would miss all my lovely guild members. The game is ok, but I need something to do besides getting the 30 mill or more exp for next level and build new mines.

In our guild, we discussed the long gap between the Easter and Halloween events. As there are no soccer championships/olympic games etc. this summer, wouldn't it be fun to use the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band LP on June 1 for another event. That sounds like a topic worthy of some creativity. :-)

From a personal point of view I think BB could introduce the football event yearly but on years like this one where the is no actual football substitute all the usual flags that would be there with ones that have no hope of ever reaching a football championship final.
Failing that maybe a cricket inspired event (ICC champions trophy in June, Women's world cup June / July )
We need an event that we can buy Return to bandits nest on, like that one Christmas. with General science coming out we all could use the books that drop

Based on summer/vacation event...
for example you search "beach" collectables on the island or the water!
Sea building like halloween pumpkin fields, but you get for example "golden fishes"!
Explorers can find them, also you get them from adventures, quests, etc (like other events).
We dont need a specific reason just an event to make it funnier :)
