harbour event - explorers and geolists retuning without loot and returning in mins.

got the new harbour event - very excited and as exploteres returned sent them out - saw the reduction in time , however after a min they all came back.
tried again - same
i use the app so left app restarted app and tried again - same problem. (app is on windows 10)
killed app and logged on via browser (firefox)
Gamed started ok - showed exploters our exploring. :)
within 1 min they finished and tried to send out again - they went and came back within a min - no loot. Tried again.
Tried again save affect.
This happens for geologists as well.
Riased this bug as on two ui have identical problem with identical features. - reproducable.
only other thing was ToK adventure i am doing. - other wise normal play...
please help

p.s. harbour done and upgraded.

usual advice would be clear cache log out for 15 mins and hope it goes away - will be trying the same medicine here :P

Try to change browsers...I usually use Chrome...so i opened the game in Firefox for a minute or two and then went back to Chrome...that fixed all the trouble.

same problem here, so far only with my Candid explorer.

Logged off, cleared flash cache, ran ccleaner, logged in via a totally different newly loaded browser and woohoo the explorers still loop non stop. What a total waste of time and effort. Come on BB no need to intentionally annoy us in an effort to drive us the the new game when it launches. At this rate I won't be buying it as the programmers are proving themselves increasingly incompetent.

I've just logged in and 10 of my explorers had returned but only 2 of them with treasure. I sent them out again and they are now in a loop returning every couple of minutes but with no treasure. I have logged out for 20 minutes but this has made no difference.

Medium searches = no loot from explorers, whether sent out before or after event started
6 returned , no mails with rewards , sent out on short , logged out 30 minutes , get this when logging back in

Here we go...AGAIN.
Same issues and no amount of cache cleaning, resetting, browser changing, restarting will help.

Admin and support team any other useful info you need - can you confirm you can re-produce the issues?

Now I have one lowest level explorer firing off every 60 seconds

And now the timers don't show a 20% reduction....what is going on....plz---suspend this event...it's totally making a mess of everything!

Something new happened. At the time my lucky explorers originally would return (without improvements of the event), I received the mails with loot of the lucky explorers. After that moment I send the luckies again, they are not looping any more.
Other explorers (their original arrival time is not reached yet) are still looping.

My two adventurous explorers are the next. At the "old" time I received the mails with loot. They are sent away and are not looping anymore.
Another large group of explorers will be the next in 15 minutes.

This group has also stopped looping, mails with loot are delivered, all at the original arrival time.

I've only a few slow explorers now that will start looping tomorrow.

Looks like the timing for each part is out of sync

Explorers are all over the place, some retuning with nothing, some returning with stuff soon after being sent out, others returning with nothing after a few minutes.
Also, I finished a weekly challenge this afternoon, got a new one but without the ship, then just now it finished as a failure and was replaced with another new one. No idea what's going to happen with this one.
This new game update is a complete mess and is affecting other things like weekly challenges.

It seems to be Prestigious friend buff that generates trouble with explorers not coming home as they should.

Just to chime in here, I don't have a premium buff running or the friend buff running, any of the explorers I send out on Medium treasure searches continuously announce they finish the search with no loot email for the medium searches at all, I did however get loot emails for very long treasure searches. About every 30 - 60 seconds the explorers that did the Medium treasure searches keep announcing their return even though I already sent them on another search, it's aggravating to no end.

I cleared my browser cache completely (I am using Google Chrome) and logged out for 5 minutes. Logged back in, no loot email still and after about 5 mins the explorers on the medium search started announcing again they completed their treasure searches with no loot emails over and over again every 30 - 60 seconds. This needs to get fixed.

Also for some reason the upgraded harbor also has a time bug. 250 population conversion upgraded claims 2 days to finish, but when returning to the queue screen it still says 4 days as if you had no upgrade at all.

Giving up playing for now, game freezes everytime the explorer does his return routine which is like every 10 seconds.

I need to do 4 more very long adventure searches to complete my weekly. This is now impossible because my explorers keep returning every 10 seconds or so with no mail. I hope BB are working on this.

They've certainly gone and done it this time! This has to be their worst bug ever!... And that's saying something. ::skull::

This bug is proving to be very frustrating. Not good.

I was waiting for my explorers to return from prolonged treasure searches last evening. And they brought... nothing. Nice "present" from the new event, thank you.

It looks like it's the ones that haven#t completed the search they were on when the event launched. Hopefully it's just a matter of time...

22 explorers showing for me as returned this morning from prolonged searches but only 17 actually brought back any treasure. tried sending them all out again but 6 keep looping as returned with some returning again before I had the chance to send them out again

This has now been going on for almost a day without any word from BB if they even are going to acknowledge the problem.

This is brilliant! They speed up our explorers and then stop many of them bringing anything back. They're literally going nowhere fast!
My candid and emphatic explorers have brought absolutely nothing back since the event started, my normal explorers are hit and miss at best, and the weekly challenge could blow up in my face at any time (I started a new one yesterday and within a few hours it had failed).
No word, no fix. What's the point?
We've seen some awful stuff in this game, foul-ups on a regular basis, but this has to be the biggest foul-up I've seen yet, a complete and utter waste of time and effort and they're behaving as though nothing is happening.

I've just sent my Candid and Emphatics out again. Less than ten minutes later the two Emphatics on artifact searches came back with some buffs (hurrah!), the Candid (artiact) and other Emphatic (Prolonged) came back with nothing. Sent them out again and the Candid and Emphatic (Prolonged) are nearly back, but the two Emphatics (artifact) are still showing at the start of the searches.

I think that you will find that the "bouncy" returns never bring back anything. The explorer will eventually return at the time it was meant to and bring the reward. Sending out an exp that is "bouncing" achieves nothing (as it will return again on the bounce even it if you don't send it out). You can only really send it out after it as really returned. Of course how you can differentiate between the two is a total mystery.

It seems that the 15 minute logout 'fix' may work, but that may just coincide with the normal return time. I had three bouncing yesterday that were ok this morning (Logged off overnight) but in the past few minutes both my candid exps have grown rubber legs ..........

After the looping runs of yesterday, I received loot mails after the original time (before the event improvements). After the mail arrived, they stopped looping. I sent them again on treasure search. The first explorers arrived now, without looping but also without loot mail. I sent them out again, no looping occurred.

Now I'm waiting for the arrival of the loot mail, probably on the time when the explorers would arrive without event improvements ......... )-:

just had 5 archaological geologists return from granite searches, no granite found, no emails. They were out searching for the usual search length in time

Just one line from a BB of any sort would be nice, even if just to say 'We are aware of the problem and are working on a solution'.

This "event" is just plain ridiculous and its hard to understand why it has not been deactivated yet.

Its bugging players a lot and has no real value for us, so removing the "event" seems to be a fair play. Very annoying this is.

have done the Harbour quest, harbour all set.
Explorers are NOT. they do not stay out when sent out. they keep comming back :( with no message/loot. Sent them out and they were back within a minute.
I have NO zone buff on at all. :( this has been happening since yesterday.

got exactly the same issue, repeats after about a minute, no rewards gained for 18 hours now

Same issues with explorers returning a few minutes after sending out PLUS no buff production appearing in Star Menu from the harbour!!!
