If you have an individual issue that needs solving- SUBMIT A TICKET
not that that solves all evils but thats the process to get em to look at issues on short notice-

I have a zone crash.
I just found a Guild Fest Goody Bag in my Star. I opened it and got some tokens as reward. It seems like the system couldn't handle them, moved the icon onto the mayor's house, and the game crashed.
yea - another bb booboo - the bags should have been removed or opened/converted on removal maintenance and they didnt- So if you open it and u get guild fest tokens in em, the game will crash as guild fest tokens are no longer in game (removal of event)
Luckily it solves itself with a relog :P

ok, stayed out for awhile and opened game again. It finally got in but now my Quartermaster disappeared in game with my elite troops on it... :/
Quartermaster is not at home; not in star menu at home nor star menu in addy...
Ok...had waited like 24h and quartermster finally returned.
After opening a crate from Guild Fest my game stopped working and I can no longer log in.

known issue u could have avoided as it is the msot recent post by BB on forum as well
in error i use the new General Borhmann and lost quite a few merc units - is there a way to get them back or are they lost forever ?

'Server Zone crashed' message displayed all morning so far with each and every attempt to gain access. 'An error was detected in this zone - please try again'. It's the first real issue recently, where as previously it was pretty much the norm under BB. Lets see how long the new team take to acknowledge/fix this. I have faith, let's hope it's not misplaced.
