why are we cut off now,no warning no nothing now we will all lose money from this game and troops recources and our home islands will be wrecked. now when you log in your put in a que saying 30min what the heck is going on

I actually got one, privately, from Technical Support, only a couple of weeks ago when I contacted them regarding the game going totally screwy at the beginning of the event. Even I was surprised how much it changed the mood of my discourse from one of 'fed up rant' into 'rational discourse'. There's a lesson to be learned there, I feel.

Probably because it is something really bad like a server hack, the taliban or aliens so maybe best that we are at a safe distance.

I think support has me on a block list of some sort.

idk why ...ask Ravel they'll know.

not a mention on Twitter & FB from BB , servers are down and all we get is "This is not part of any scheduled maintenance and we reported the problem."

I'm guessing they left Auto-Update on at the server and an update killed it :D

I bet it is an employee that has been off work for a long period of time and no one has told them that general maintenance changed from Monday to Thursday months ago.
