Setting expectations means someone actually did an estimation of the process. If it takes (so far) twice longer to complete then someone didn't do their job properly.

After the removal of phase II a bug appear

With the message you got for the end of event and the coins for the eggs you have in your store house, you also got all the items you sell in market for eggs all those days

So i don't think they can fix it soon to have the server back on line
