I use them in combination with kilste vet guide.
I did Mifa's garrison for D camp 18 triple block and worked fine to me.
You can be to quick on D, it happend me one time but when you send your gen to camp 15 and then 16 directly when the "attacking sound" of camp 15 is finished you will be fine.
