I got the same problem. I am using Google Chrome. Clearing the cache is not helping. Need some advice guys please! Anyway I tried to contact support. They asked me to take a screenshot. How to provide a screenshot? Thanks for any info!

Hi marocarola, you can take a screenshot by pressing the print screen button on your computer, if you're on a Windows based computer running Windows Vista or higher you can use the snipping tool (which you can find in your start menu using the search feature). With this you will have a disk icon to save the image afterwards and then send on to support
If you're on a Windows XP machine, the best route is to press the print screen button (normally found above the arrow keys on the right hand side of the keyboard) and then pasting into an image editing program, you can always use Microsoft Paint if you don't have any others. Just make sure you select .JPEG from the drop down menu while saving the file so it's a smaller image size.
