Reset

As stated in #7, you can restart by contacting Support, they can wipe your account for you, however once it's done, you cannot reverse this.

But response have also said its possible to restart on a new server - and that seems less extreme than a complete reset.
Of course if there is no alternative then I will contact support.

You will need to register a new email address to be able to create an account on a different server.

To continue with your current registered email you must contact support for a reset :(.
