The bug don't go away if you complete the "Premium" quest chain. I've completed the quest, and the issue keep returning...Quote:

Im having this problem to, kinda anoying but it aint as bad as some people are bleeting about. just ignore it. come on bb. sort it out, and how about a little prezzie to iron out the worry lines on our faces.
had longbow ghost quest yesterday, it happened only at start up, today however, it will not go away, claim ghost rewards, close, and within seconds it back. be not so bad if it actually gave the rewards, but is it just so annoying.

I have the problem too. After enduing over 6 months of the last repeating quest, we now have to put up with another one. Joy!
Apparently, this game is no longer in Beta. I beg to differ...
