Had the same problem yesterday. Logged out for a while and when I got back in, I could delete them.
Had a chat with other CMs and Support about it and it appears the workaround is to logout and wait for 30 minutes.
Please post in here if you still have issues after being logged out for a longer while.
After some time logged off I can delete mails using delete all functionality in context menu, but have to close dialog and open it again to see mails deleted. Obviously auto refresh doesn't work. But after some time I can delete them again, so have to logout again.....Quote:
