How to solve this problem?

I waited 5 days for technical to solve this problem - but besides one email, there was no reply to my cries for help! I looked at my static world for five days.... no quests, no activity, no nothing, no "frozen" but non interactive.

So, I have made a new persona. I am Scintillate now instead of Scintiller.

But I have lost all (4!) friends I made during my anguish. Please befriend me! This game is working perfectly as the last one should have, but didn't. Thanks for all the help people gave. Nothing worked.

But please befriend me so I can complete my friend quest!
